Terms & Conditions
- In order to participate in this fundraising draw all players (including the Customer) must be at least 18 years of age.
- The contract of sale is at all times between you (the purchaser) and the Club (the seller) organising this event.
- Prizes are awarded gross and the winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting requirements, bank charges, currency conversion costs, or other deductions that may arise in their country of residence or tax jurisdiction. The Club and ClubZap do not provide tax advice and winners should seek independent tax advice where required.
